With an Observability Toolkit integrating Loki and Prometheus APIs, and tools for namespace discovery, log analytics, and resource utilization, the system now delivers real-time visibility and actionable insights. Enhanced Jira and Support Agents further strengthen reliability and seamless integration, paving the way toward a truly Agentic enterprise — where AI not only informs decisions but executes them.

Happy to share that we are selected for a strategic multi-year partnership to modernize and support operations for a leading global RegTech and LegalTech enterprise - leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, Low-Code strategies, and Intelligent Agentic AI workflows to streamline critical business processes. A combination that is sure to have the benefits of quick GTM and easier enhancement cycles. When intelligently thought and rolled out this solution could change the way the organization provides its services. We believe it will be transformational.

When we generate Business intelligence and it throws up its findings, it must be typically followed by a set of actions. What if these actions are also done by AI agents. This is exactly today we are entrusted to do. Creating a set of Agents, Agentic AI, to perform a lot of downstream activities. Using platforms like crew.ai, we are now happy to share a journey in this direction for a large global customer of ours.

In a series of wins around Power Platform, we are happy to announce that we are yet again embarking on another global rollout of a model driven app development. This time around it’s a testimony to our deliverables that we have been consistent on. The power of such platforms provides enterprises with the jumpstart they need to quickly build, deploy and change all within their secure environment and policies.

We start off another journey of Managed development services. This time with a large US based enterprise, one of the fastest growing in their sector to own and continuously deliver sprint after sprint the backlogs. A team of product management, UI/UX, dev and the QA. A product mindset ingrained at every level of the organisation, an ownership driven attitude and quick ramp up times ensured that we hit the ground quickly and start navigating our own way.

For everything that we do today, every application that we build there is a necessity to build an agent, a chat bot a copilot or whatever we may call them. Simple documents to complex spreadsheets are now interpreted with LLMs and assisted with APIs to perform actions. Happy to announce the commencement of another agent integration to our expanding universe of chatbots in a mobile app.

Chimera embarks on a journey with another ISV. This time a long-term care insurance provider. As a quasi-CTO office, we would provide, guidance and dev support to scale their current platform in sync with their business objectives. A responsibility that we always loved to do.

A No Code Low Code approach to build rapid mobile apps had this customer interested. With a tight deadline and a requirement for an appealing rather European looking mobile app, we start another journey. A journey that will test our UX capabilities and our NC/LC approach.

Inconsistent configurations, scalability issues, compliance concerns, high costs, and deployment delays were hindering their ability to deploy and deliver critical solutions on time. Our Terraform based IAC (Infrastructure as a code ) solution provided the necessary tool kit/framework to address all of these issues in one go. This also set the standards - by building necessary libraries and components - for our customers deployment pipeline for all their projects.

Imagine disrupting the financial advisory world with Generative AI. Thats what we did just now. Built a multi turn conversational financial advisory tool. This will go behind a subscription wall very soon. With a user centric approach to business processes our power platform team combines several techniques to creatively solve simple user needs - Customer onboarding, InfoPath forms migration, custom routing, dynamic country specific workflows, approval history generation, pdf generation in workflows, teams integrated approval workflows.

As part of our product engineering and digital transformation services, we are happy to be engaged with a leading Visual effects customer to ideate, prototype, and build the user interface for a new greenfield product. This win continues our legacy of providing comprehensive product development services.

Our Independence Day event was a heartfelt tribute to the armed forces. We celebrated our nation’s heritage through fun team-building activities, closing the day with unity and patriotism as we sang the national anthem together.
